The moving melody on the keys echoed with the ink fragrance on the rice paper, playing a harmonious symphony of Chinese and Western cultures. The subsequent wonderful performances by students on the guzheng and suona pushed the atmosphere of the event to a climax.

The much-anticipated dumpling-making event was held in a cozy corner of the dining hall, with leaders at all levels, teachers, students, pastry chefs, and foreign teachers participating together. From rolling round pastry to wrapping fillings, although the foreign teachers' techniques were a bit rusty, they learned with utter concentration. Amidst laughter and joy, trays were filled with dumplings of various shapes, each one containing heartfelt sentiments. As the foreign teachers tasted the dumplings they made themselves, their faces were beaming with satisfaction and delight. Through the process of rolling, stuffing, boiling, and tasting, the warmth of the Winter Solstice and the charm of traditional Chinese culture were deeply imprinted in the hearts of the foreign teachers.
